Day 1: worked out 30 minutes using Beginning Exercises
Day 2: worked out 36 minutes using Beginning Exercises
Day 3: could really feel it. Worked out 20 minute using Advanced Exercises
Day 4: I was in a lot of pain so only worked out 15 minutes using Advanced Exercises
Day 5: 20 minutes Advanced. My arms don't hurt nearly as bad today, but I am tired.
Day 6: Skipped: I had a staff meeting so I couldn't exercise, but I did a LOT of heavy duty work at work yesterday so my arms are killing me this morning. So it's like I exercised!
